(1) Vendor needs to provide cash counting software operates on a Windows 7 workstation connected to a currency counter and is used to count all cash from slot machine cash cans and table game drop boxes. Provides equivalent functionality while aligning with agency enterprise technology standards and supporting reliable, secure, and efficient Courtroom operations. • Functional Requirements – Read and process cash can data generated by physical agency used for casino electronic gaming machines and table games. – Record cash and ticket count by individual cash boxes and ticket boxes, and associate each count with the corresponding gaming machine. – Export count data in a file format compatible with the IGT Advantage casino management system drop utility, at a minimum supporting IGT Advantage version to support financial reporting and reconciliation. – Support scalability for future IGT Advantage upgrades through configurable export formats. – Support role–based access controls for user groups including count room staff, supervisors, and auditors, with the ability to integrate with Microsoft Active Directory. – Support individual tracking of each cash box and ticket box and maintain a documented chain of custody. – Provide the ability to re–export cash can data in the event of processing or transmission failure. – Support concurrent processing of data from multiple agency. – Support both scheduled and on demand export of count data. – Provide standard reporting and support the creation of custom reports, including but not limited to daily drop summaries, variance reports, and audit logs • Technical Requirements – System configurability. – System customizations. – Log all user activity within an event and audit logging framework. – Ability to disable or logically delete user accounts while preserving associated records, including audit and event logs, to prevent data orphaning. – Provide the ability to integrate or communicate with agency Enterprise Service Bus through defined integration points, such as application programming interfaces.
