(1) Vendor needs to provide cash management systems. – Provide technical support, maintenance, and servicing of all smart safes to ensure that they remain operational and function as designed. – Provide installation and removal services for smart safes as required. – Cash transportation services must occur on a schedule and with a frequency as approved. – Provide services to transport cash to and from the locations as necessary for its retail operations. – Cash transportation services must be safe and secure. – Provide automated cash management safe. – Remote systems upgrades and diagnostics. – Equipment and software upgrades. – Real-time cash status. – Individual user PINs. – Single and bulk validation and counterfeit detection. – Provisional credit. (2) All the questions had been submitted no later than January 26, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for five years.
