(1) Vendor needs to provide case management system. – The system must integrate with existing government databases, facilitate remote access for stakeholders, and improve overall case processing efficiency. – Case management system (CMS) to enhance the efficiency, transparency, and accessibility of its administrative adjudication processes. – Provide long–term support and software updates for ongoing system improvements. – Provide customizable statistical reports for case trends, adjudicator performance, and compliance tracking. – CMS should support electronic case filing, document management, automated scheduling, workflow automation, and reporting while ensuring compliance with security, privacy, and accessibility standards. – A Scalable, user–friendly, and secure solution that aligns with industry best practices and enhances public service delivery. – Case numbering system is a critical tool for quickly identifying case types and ensuring compliance with the unique requirements of each agency and procedural guidelines. – Provide robust search and filtering capabilities for case retrieval. – Integrate with Microsoft Word for customizable document formatting. – Migrate existing data from the Evans Caseload system. – Support national instant criminal background check system (NICS) data extraction.
