The Department of Energy Office of Inspector General (DOE OIG) is seeking a cloud-based, commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) Case Management System to support its investigations and hotline operations. The solution must be FedRAMP certified and include all commercial software licensing, hosting, and comprehensive system support services.
The project encompasses the configuration and implementation of the selected CMS, with the requirement to provide user licenses for at least 150 full-time users. All necessary support services must be included to ensure operational continuity. Additionally, the selected vendor may be responsible for migrating data from the existing iPRISM system to the new platform.
