The State of California is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive case management system for a five-year contract. The selected vendor will be responsible for delivering a solution that encompasses project management, system configuration and customization, and integration with CJIS systems. Additional responsibilities include conducting client assessments, data migration, as well as providing robust data analytics and reporting capabilities.
Key elements of the engagement include organizational change management, process and procedural documentation, extensive training and testing, a coordinated go-live process, and ongoing post-implementation support and managed services. The vendor is expected to implement change management strategies, develop communication and stakeholder engagement plans, conduct readiness assessments, and analyze the impact of changes. Training will be provided through both onsite and remote sessions to ensure all users are prepared. This project requires a partner with proven experience in large-scale system implementation, integration, and long-term support.
