The State of South Dakota is seeking a qualified vendor to implement, migrate, and support a statewide supervision case management system for adult and juvenile offenders. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing, configuring, installing, testing, and integrating a new case management system across all seven judicial circuits and their respective counties.
The project includes preparing and executing a comprehensive solution for migrating data from the current case management system to the new platform. This may involve a combination of full data conversion, migrating data for historical reporting in summarized read-only form, and facilitating access to legacy data as needed. The vendor must also deliver complete user, operational, and system documentation for the new system.
Additional requirements include providing instructor-led, onsite training for administrative, clerical, and IT staff, as well as developing "train-the-trainer" materials and customizable end-user documentation. After the system is launched, the vendor will be expected to offer ongoing maintenance and support to ensure system reliability and user satisfaction.
