The City of Detroit Police Department is seeking a vendor to provide case management and reporting software that meets most or all of the agency’s technical and functional requirements. The proposed solution should support approximately 20–25 users and may be provided through a licensing or subscription model appropriate for an agency of this size.
The proposal must identify any required server-side software licenses and explain how software access will be provided to City users throughout the contract term and any executed extensions.
