(1) Vendor needs to provide case management and E–filing solution. – Managing case details, participants, events, and statuses in the case management system. – A modern case management and E–Filing system capable of integrating with the OnBase electronic document management and workflow system to support a seamless, unified environment and eliminate duplicate data entry. – Court personnel spend substantial time manually scheduling, maintaining, and reporting on hearings due to the lack of flexibility in the current CMS calendaring system. – Storing, creating, routing, and sending documents via the document management (OnBase) and workflow tools. – Creating and managing court calendars, issuing notifications, displaying calendars publicly, and tracking confirmations.
