(1) Vendor needs to provide carnival services. – Provide carnival services for the event. – Marketing and promotion of the carnival as part of all western stampede advertising and materials. – Turnkey operation, including all staffing, supervision, equipment, utilities, permits, and supplies necessary for carnival operations. – Carnival pre-sale ticket sales at hall beginning on a date mutually agreed upon by both parties. – Providing high-quality carnival operations and family entertainment. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 05, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
