(1) Vendor needs to provide carnival and special event logistics services.– Coordinate with County staff on event layout, site access, equipment placement, and schedule.– Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment at all times.– Provide a 24/7 on–call contact for each event during active event dates.– Provide security for the ride area. Provide an on–site contact list (PM/safety/maintenance/cashier leads) with 24/7 availability during the event.(2) A virtual preproposal conference will be held on December 11, 2025.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than December 18, 2025.
