(1) Vendor needs to provide CareerLink business services to the government authority located in Pennsylvania. • Generating and sharing real–time labor market intelligence for the County local workforce development area (LWDA). • Support with implementation of effective recruitment strategies, including outreach via social media. • Guidance on established best practices and accessibility to the resources necessary to increase and sustain employee retention. • Analysis of gaps in competencies and skills in their current workforce requiring upgrade. • Promoting and as appropriate, administering agreements for designated funding for employer–based training activities to include On the Job Training (OJT), Customized Job Training (CJT), and Incumbent Worker Training (IWT) in accordance with policies and state and federal regulations. • Ability to use Microsoft Office products, e.g. Word, Excel, Access, Power Point. • Digital literacy skills necessary for accurate data entry into the system of record. • Leverage conversations, needs assessments, and relationships with businesses to create regular reports and recommendations for the agency as related to industry trends and labor market needs.
