(1) Vendor needs to provide Career Services Management System. • Agency is seeking information on CSM solutions that: – Enhance the experience for users (students, staff, alumni, and employers) by streamlining access to opportunities, improving communication, and enabling data–driven support; – Offer easy to use, mobile–first responsiveness, intuitive architecture, short workflows, access to contemporary learning materials for students, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) functionality for employers and alumni, straightforward training, and reliable reporting for staff and administrators; and, – Deliver institutional value by strengthening outcomes, improving graduate employability, and supporting strategic planning through better insights and reporting. – Ability to support both virtual and in–person formats – Ability to schedule and manage appointments and queues efficiently. – Ability to provide career assessments, job search strategies, and labour market information – Ability to track milestones, encourage completion of activities, and provide reflection prompts and activities. – Suite of AI tools to support interview prep, resume and cover letter support, exploration, among others. – Ability to maintain an employer database and engagement tracking. – Ability to document and monitor site visits. – Ability to use customizable templates that align with institutional branding. – Ability to establish and reinforce consistent best practices for using the tool. – The software should prioritize standardized workflows and consistent best practices over excessive customization. – A solution that offers clear, proven methods for accomplishing tasks – Ability to provide a responsive, mobile–first user experience. – Ability to integrate with third–party systems via APIs.
