(1) Vendor needs to provide career services and applied learning management system. – Software as a Service (SaaS) career services management (CSM) platform to manage our Career Services operations and intricately track and manage 16 different types of applied learning. – SaaS solution with comprehensive support and adequate storage space, technical and design services, training, regular upgrading, role–based security, and business continuity and disaster recovery provisions.– Automated student access to individually relevant professional development information through both system administrator tailoring and machine learning.– A single, integrated, web–based, hosted solution under one contract and pay structure.– A comprehensive platform providing equal functionality and equivalent user experience across smartphones, tablets, and computers.– A full suite of recruitment tools for prospective employers, including direct posting of jobs and on–campus recruitment.– Platform can sync with course data (Canvas/Blackboard) so instructors can track service–learning requirements of their students.– A tracking mechanism for students to view and download all their volunteer experiences.– Host and display multimodal resources (audio, video, graphics, interactive, etc.).– Mobile platform or mobile–adapted web access for administrative dashboard.– Data tracking system for posted positions and applicants.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 5, 2025.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
