The State of Colorado is seeking a vendor to develop and maintain a comprehensive career pathway platform. This platform will feature an interactive webpage that displays all currently published Industry Sectors—16 at present, with potential growth up to 18 sectors, as well as the flexibility to add new sectors annually. The solution must provide a clear, visual representation of each step a user takes when navigating the platform, ensuring intuitive user engagement.

An essential requirement is system interoperability, enabling data to flow seamlessly between the Career Pathways Platform and various state or partner systems with minimal manual intervention. Additionally, the vendor will be responsible for conducting virtual information-gathering sessions with stakeholders in different customer roles, as needed, to ensure the platform meets diverse needs and expectations.
