Vendor needs to provide career job board, student and employer management system.– Provide agency with a comprehensive job (and internship) posting board and multi–use online platform and tool to help connect students with job, internship, and other career opportunities– Establish an easy–to–use employer relationship management system (to recruit, vet, onboard, manage employer partners).– Allow opportunities on platform for curated career clusters for students to easily connect with employment opportunities that best match their major or career interests.– Provide administrative reporting tools (data collection and reporting functions to evaluate and assess platform usage).– Provide student access to career development resources materials or tools (resume support or otherwise) or other career information.– Provide career fair registration and management tools.– Provide ongoing customer service and technical support.– Create avenues to post and manage on campus student employment and work–study positions.– Create survey options including first destination survey– Provide management tools for internships, practicums, or other experiential learning
