The vendor is required to provide a web-based Career Information System (CIS) designed to be accessible to all students in grades 6 through 12 enrolled in public schools. The CIS should allow students to build electronic portfolios, explore career and postsecondary education options, set academic and career goals, create resumes, participate in work-based learning, access financial aid information, conduct job searches, and select appropriate coursework that aligns with their goals.

The system must supply comprehensive, current, and accurate information about all postsecondary education and training pathways. It should offer assessments and adult-led activities to help students identify their career interests, skills, and work values. Students must be able to create, update, and review their SSP goals within the system, and have the capability to download or share these goals with advisors, caregivers, or community members.

Additionally, the vendor must be available to participate in virtual meetings, conference calls, and correspond as needed throughout the project.
