(1) Vendor needs to provide carbon materials R&D workshop planning services. Agency is seeking proposals from an experienced conference organizer or event planning service professionals to support the agency planned Carbon Materials Innovation and Manufacturing Symposium. Provide program development and content–planning support to assist agency in designing a high–quality, relevant, and well–structured Symposium program that advances dialogue on carbon materials innovation, manufacturing, and commercialization. Provide marketing and outreach support to promote the Symposium, drive targeted participation, and ensure strong attendance from priority audiences, in coordination with agency communications and leadership. Develop and execute a cohesive branding, marketing, and communications framework for the Symposium. Provide event production and media support services to ensure high–quality execution of the Symposium and effective documentation of its content, discussions, and outcomes. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 6, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
