The Phoenix VA Health Care System is conducting market research to identify qualified small businesses capable of developing a Capital Asset Facility Management System. This effort seeks responses from Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses, Veteran Owned Small Businesses, 8(a), HUBZone, Women Owned, and other disadvantaged small business categories with relevant experience and technical expertise.

The project involves the creation of a system comparable to the ArcGIS Pro® Platform as a Service (PaaS), as well as the update of a Capital Asset Inventory (CAI) real property database for the Phoenix Veterans Affairs Healthcare System. Interested firms should prepare capability statements demonstrating their qualifications, relevant experience, and ability to perform the required tasks.
