(1) Vendor needs to provide CAPE EVAMOSC platform support service.– Provide expertise, capacity, and services to sustain the current EVAMOSC platform while continuing to add additional standardized and enriched data products, extend data collection to additional military services and military service source data systems, educate platform users, and support.– Data engineers and data scientists shall provide knowledge and expertise of current and emerging methods to transfer, store, reshape, visualize, and analyze wide varieties of large (e.g., multiple terabytes, many millions of records) datasets.– Data engineers and data scientist shall also provide knowledge and expertise of current and emerging methods to enable EVAMOSC platform users to access, reshape, visualize, analyze, query, and extract datasets from the EVAMOSC platform.– Technical writers shall provide knowledge and expertise documenting the complicated data interactions identified by data subject matter experts and implemented by data engineers and data scientists within EVAMOSC’s data lineage catalog other forms of documentation.– Platform Sustainment and Database Operation: The Contractor shall sustain and operate the EVAMOSC platform, including the development environment hosted and managed by CAPE/IMAG on – AWSGovCloud via JWCC, the production environment within Air Force CloudOne, the EVAMOSC Portal and Helpdesk, platform access and user management, delivery of training and user outreach, processing of recurring data feeds, and maintenance of data flows into and out of EVAMOSC
