Support services are sought for the CAPE EVAMOSC data platform, which handles large-scale data from multiple military sources. The contractor will sustain and operate the EVAMOSC platform, ensuring reliability across development and production environments, including AWSGovCloud and Air Force CloudOne. Responsibilities include platform support, handling recurring data feeds, managing data flows, maintaining platform access, operating the EVAMOSC Portal and Helpdesk, and overseeing user management.

The contractor’s team will consist of data engineers, data scientists, and technical writers who are skilled in current and emerging methods for transferring, storing, reshaping, visualizing, and analyzing large datasets. The team will also develop enriched and standardized data products from additional military services and manage all necessary documentation of data interactions. User education—through training and outreach—will be provided to ensure platform users can effectively access, analyze, and extract data from EVAMOSC.
