The state of Illinois is seeking a vendor to provide cancer registry software and related support services. The selected solution will be utilized for reporting cancer incidence and mortality data, with the goal of enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of registry operations.

Key functionalities should include support for core registry tasks such as case finding, data abstraction, follow-up, death matching, submission reporting, and quality control. In addition, the software must enable the generation of reports that facilitate accreditation, strategic planning, and evaluation of quality measures within the registry.

The engagement will span a three-year contract period. Vendors are asked to address all inquiries regarding the solicitation by February 27, 2026.
