A university in North Carolina is seeking qualified vendors to provide comprehensive campus-wide photography and videography services. The scope includes coverage of both formal and informal events such as festivals, dinners, and functions attended by legislators, donors, or other VIPs. Videography requirements include the ability to film event highlights, capture onsite b-roll footage, and deliver professionally edited content in HD and 4K digital formats. Vendors must demonstrate professionalism and maintain a discreet presence during assignments.

Vendors are expected to deliver high-resolution digital content within seven days of each event, with the capacity to provide same-day turnaround when requested.
