(1) Vendor needs to provide campus–wide customer relationship management (CRM) solution.– The CRM must support the student recruitment and admissions function, with versions that can also support Student Retention and student alumni relations instances.– The system should be able to scale and integrate in order to support strategic initiatives to enhance engagement and inform data–driven decision–making throughout all stages of the student lifecycle, from prospective students to alumni. – Automate communication workflows via printed mail (including acceptance letters), email, SMS, branding strategies, and possible social media outreach.– The system must provide robust tools for managing the student lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems, and delivering actionable analytics.– Provides advisors with tools and automated reporting to support student success, with integration capabilities for other student success platforms.– Integrates with Canvas/LMS to access course engagement and performance data along with SIS (Banner), and advising tools for seamless data integration– Provide self–service portals for alumni to update information and engage with the institution.– Manage alumni databases, event scheduling, tracking contact information and engagement history.– Included tools for application review, status tracking, and decision–making.– Offer cloud–based deployment options.– Ensure scalability to support a large and diverse student population.– Integrate with the existing Banner ERP system.– Support integration with in–house data warehouse infrastructure.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 12, 2025.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
