Summary:
Ontario campus seeks a vendor to upgrade and replace its parking system with modern hardware, software, and payment solutions.
(1) Vendor needs to provide campus parking system. – High–performing, licensed service providers to support a comprehensive upgrade and replacement of our campus parking systems. – The objective of this initiative is to enhance the efficiency, accessibility, and overall user experience of campus parking through the deployment of modern parking hardware and parking software technology and equipment. – Other supporting payment methods such as Apple Pay or Google Pay will be considered as added value. – Proposed software should be web–based and accessible remotely by authorized parking staff. – Software should comply with current PCI standards and adaptable for future compliance updates. – Real time lot occupancy tracking, specifically for gated and ungated lots, and the integration of that technology and software with existing parking operations. – A comprehensive preventative maintenance plan and on–site repair support should be included. – Services and technologies must be able to work with open APIs to facilitate cross communications between platforms and providers. – Gating equipment should be able to incorporate with multiple parking access revenue control system (PARCS) software. – Integration with campus permit and payment systems. – Be cloud–based and provided as Software as a Service (SaaS) (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 15, 2025. (3) The contract period will be for five years. (4) Pre–proposal conference will be held on December 3, 2025.
