A government authority in Rapid, South Dakota is seeking a professional campus planner and designer to develop a comprehensive long-term Campus Master Plan (CMP). The selected firm will be responsible for integrating the college’s mission, educational programs, and the needs of the surrounding community into the master plan. Key tasks include conducting a thorough review and evaluation of various campus facilities, identifying current and future facility requirements, and preparing a strategic plan for campus development that addresses these needs.
The scope involves supporting academic programming, workforce development, and community partnerships, while facilitating future capital planning and budgeting.
