DESCRIPTION

The government authority located in Staten Island, New York is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive campus locksmithing services. The selected vendor will be responsible for incidental maintenance and repairs, emergency locksmith repairs, and the duplication of keys for various brands such as Best, Emhart, Schlage, and Yale.

Additional duties include tightening door hinges, lubricating locksets and cores throughout the year, opening locked desks and file cabinets, altering lockset functions for special applications, and coordinating with the College’s electronic door and intelligent facility vendor for new construction projects, including keying and coding.

The scope of work also includes ongoing collaboration with college facilities to ensure the security and functionality of door hardware and access systems. Expertise in both traditional and electronic locking mechanisms is required.
