(1) Vendor needs to provide campus early childhood education relocation project services to the government authority located in North Las Vegas, NV. Facilities Management Department is requesting bids for construction services for a turnkey project to include the purchase of six (6) new modular buildings and customization per the plans into one large modular building. Provide all civil and site work as needed for this new building. Selected Contractor will be entirely responsible for the completion of the project. Provide all required permits and upon approvals, i.e. Public Works, as required by state or local codes on a case-by-case basis. Provide all personnel, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, and travel to complete this project. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 7, 2026.
