DESCRIPTION
This project seeks a vendor to provide a comprehensive campus card and mobile credential system for an educational institution in British Columbia, Canada. The solution is required to deliver secure identification, robust access control, stored-value payment capabilities, and a suite of mobile services to support day-to-day campus operations.
Key requirements include physical card issuance and management, real-time or near real-time data synchronization, and online account management for users. The system must support both iOS and Android mobile credentials and accommodate the display of human-readable card numbers alongside scannable identifiers on physical cards, to support both manual and automated identifier entry.
