DESCRIPTION


The selected vendor will provide campaign production, rollout, and management services to support the launch of a new marketing campaign. Services will include creative production, campaign development, content production, implementation support, and comprehensive coordination of campaign deliverables.

The vendor will develop and maintain a campaign production and deployment plan identifying deliverables, responsibilities, dependencies, schedules, review and approval periods, milestones, and anticipated deployment dates. The vendor will coordinate with designated agency partners and review paid, owned, shared, and earned media plans to ensure that campaign messaging, creative, and assets align with planned communications and distribution channels.

Additional responsibilities will include developing a campaign messaging framework with copy, messaging hierarchy, calls to action, and appropriate creative applications; reviewing existing photography and video assets; and planning and managing photography and video production. Production duties may include vendor coordination, talent, locations, scheduling, permits, crews, editing, post-production, music and usage rights, accessibility requirements, and delivery of final files.

The vendor will also develop campaign content and assets, create an experiential activation concept deck for visitor-facing or consumer-facing experiences, and provide account management and project administration. A primary account lead and key delivery personnel must be designated.
