A qualified vendor is sought to provide comprehensive campaign outreach and training services to promote mental health awareness and reduce stigma across Mississippi. The selected vendor will be responsible for enhancing campaign reach and impact through the development and implementation of a robust media and communications strategy that supports mental health awareness, stigma reduction, and encourages help-seeking behaviors.
The scope includes creating a multi-channel media strategy leveraging digital and social media, radio, television, print, and community outreach to connect with diverse audiences. The vendor will be tasked with producing compelling, accessible, and inclusive campaign messaging as well as creative assets such as graphics, videos, public service announcements (PSAs), and social media content. In addition, the vendor will review existing campaign materials and branding, assess current messaging and media efforts, and provide recommendations for targeted outreach to priority populations including youth, families, rural communities, and underserved groups.
Further responsibilities include supporting community engagement, identifying partnership opportunities, and utilizing earned media to maximize the campaign's effectiveness. All messaging and strategies must align with mental health awareness initiatives, crisis resources, and available help-seeking pathways.
