(1) Vendor needs to provide campaign finance reporting and archived election results software. – Agency is interested in acquiring multi–use software to be utilized by the staff of the agency, campaign committees, and general public to retrieve and submit data related to Archived Election Results and campaign finance records. • Archived Election Results:– Data can be downloaded in multiple formats – Ability to upload ES&S ElectionWare generated files – Searchability by elections, candidates, year, party, voting district, and precinct. – Ability to map Archived Election Results – Data could be downloaded based on search filters. • Campaign Finance:– System must be able to capture all information that is required by any campaign finance form. – System must be able to capture any optional information that could be on a campaign finance from. – Allow digital creation of any Indiana campaign finance form. – Allow a means to digital submit created campaign finance forms to the election board. – Log the date and time when a report is submitted to the election board. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 1, 2025. (3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on November 24, 2025.
