A government authority in Washington, Pennsylvania is seeking a vendor to provide camera and server supplies. The requirements include seven PowerEdge R360 Servers (SKU 210–BJTR), each equipped with a Trusted Platform Module 2.0 V6, a 3.5-inch chassis supporting up to four hot plug hard drives, and Intel Xeon 6 Performance 6369P 3.3G, 8-core/16-thread processors (Turbo, 95W).
Each server must also include a heatsink for CPUs of 95W or above, performance optimized configuration, 5600MT/s UDIMMs, unconfigured RAID, PERC H755 SAS front controllers, necessary mechanical parts, BIOS settings for performance, UEFI boot, high performance fans, and dual redundant 600W hot-plug power supplies. Systems should come with a motherboard featuring Broadcom 5720 dual-port 1Gb LOM, standard 1U bezel, a BOSS–N1 controller with two M.2 480GB (RAID 1), and Windows Server 2025 Essentials (10 Core, Multi Language). Dell connectivity client and module are also required.
Vendors must be able to supply and configure all specified hardware and software components to meet the stated performance and security requirements.
