Key responsibilities include mitigating issues such as spam mislabeling and call blocking, as well as designating and registering verified business numbers for outbound communications across multiple telecom networks. The solution must provide capabilities to monitor calling reputation, issue alerts for unusual activity, and incorporate Do-Not-Originate (DNO) features to prevent spoofing by assigning verified inbound-only business numbers as needed.

Additionally, the vendor will be responsible for caller name management, including registering the business name used for caller ID display on landline services across at least 850 service providers.
