(1) Vendor needs to provide caller name optimization solution. • Caller Name Optimization (CNO) solution that helps enterprises monitor the use of their brand across the telecom ecosystem, protect their reputation, and deliver trusted call experiences to connect and engage with Customers. • Mitigate spam mislabeling and blocking, designate and register verified business numbers used for outbound calling across telecom ecosystem. • Monitor calling reputation and receive alerts of unusual activity. Do–Not–Originate (DNO) – To deter spoofers from abusing brand, designate verified in–bound only business numbers. • Caller Name Management – Register the name displayed for on landline phones across a minimum of eight hundred and fifty (850) service providers by Standardized “Calling Name” up to fifteen (15) character name.
