Vendor needs to provide caller id integrity solution. Caller ID solution that will ensure the designated numbers are not mislabelled. These calls are intended to keep our participants updated on their case status as well as important emergency notices. Many of these outbound calls are flagged as “Spam” or “Likely Spam” by certain phone carriers. DPSS needs a solution that will ensure the designated numbers are not mislabelled by the major US carriers. This will help with outbound calls to our participants not being flagged as “SPAM” or “LIKELY SPAM” on their phones. The contract period will be for one year. All the questions must be submitted no later than February 11, 2026.
