(1) Vendor needs to provide call manager upgrade service. – The Contractor shall perform planning and design services to support a secure and low–risk upgrade of the Unified Communications environment, including Cisco Unified Communications Manager and associated systems. – Validate current–state architecture – Confirm functional, technical, and operational requirements – Identify risks, dependencies, and constraints – Call control, messaging, presence, contact center, gateways, and integrations – Directory services and certificate dependencies – Licensing, firmware, and version compatibility – Target–state Unified Communications system design – Upgrade and migration plan – Maintenance window and outage schedule – Cutover and rollback plan with defined go/no–go decision points – The Contractor shall plan, upgrade, test, and support the Unified Communications systems. – The Contractor shall perform planning and design services to support a secure and low–risk upgrade of the Unified Communications environment. – The Contractor shall execute the Unified Communications upgrades in accordance with approved plans, County change–management policies, and industry best practices. – The Contractor shall support testing and validation activities to confirm operational readiness. – The Contractor shall complete formal project closeout and transition the system to agency operations. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 13, 2026.
