Vendors are invited to submit proposals for the creation, realization, and integration of permanent artworks in public buildings and sites across the province of Quebec. The project includes the installation of two 3D outdoor artworks to be integrated into the garden and the inner courtyard, as well as a 3D or 2D outdoor artwork to be featured on the generator fence.

Additionally, two 2D artworks will be incorporated into the interior of the building. The theme of the works centers around learning, knowledge, sharing, mutual aid, traditional and cultural values, community belonging, regional pride, and the richness of the territory's fauna and flora. This opportunity seeks to enhance spaces with meaningful artistic expressions that reflect local identity and values.
