Cafe Operation Service

A government authority in Kent, Ohio is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive cafe operation services for faculty, staff, students, and the broader community. The selected contractor will be expected to create a warm, inviting, and professional cafe environment that reflects the values and culture of the campus and surrounding area.

The scope of services includes operating a full-service cafe offering breakfast, lunch, and service at other times as needed, as well as supporting campus catering events. The vendor will be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming space, developing a diverse menu that accommodates a variety of dietary preferences, and providing well-trained, friendly staff.

The contractor must ensure compliance with all applicable state and local food safety and health regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the operation. Additional expectations include developing marketing materials to promote the cafe to visitors and employees, with optional cross-promotional initiatives such as loyalty programs or staff discounts.
