The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking a qualified firm to provide Construction Period Services (CPS) in support of the EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades project, designated as Project #618–26–701, at the Minneapolis VA Health Care System in Minneapolis, MN. The project aims to ensure successful completion of infrastructure modernization in line with current electronic health record management requirements.

Triple C the A–E Group, LLC, a Service–Disabled Veteran–Owned Business, is the current designer of record and has completed the project design. With construction procurement solicited, the VA requires a vendor to deliver CPS, which includes providing responses to technical inquiries, reviewing contractor submittals, preparing and submitting permit applications, conducting site visits and reporting, evaluating modification requests, developing punch lists, and delivering as-built record drawings. Additional duties include supporting the solicitation phase by attending pre-bid meetings and answering contractor questions.

The anticipated duration for the entire scope is approximately 575 calendar days, split between construction procurement and construction period services. Interested firms are invited to submit a capability statement detailing their experience in assuming CPS responsibilities for projects where they were not the original design firm. Capability statements should include company details, business classification, relevant project experience within the past seven years, and a statement of interest.
