(1) Vendor needs to provide business transformation strategic roadmap service. • Develop a structured, end–to–end plan that aligns people, processes, and technology across Phase 3 of business transformation program • Conduct deep–dive workshops to define current vs. future state, map end–to–end permissions and assessments journeys across technologies, design an integrated master roadmap, strengthen governance, support cross–technology alignment, and establish unified criteria for decision–making and sequencing. • Assess alignment of business objectives and success measures for Phase 3 (P4). • Evaluate current governance structures, collaboration practices, decision rights, and escalation paths • Identify ownership gaps, unclear roles, and cross–functional misalignments. • Map the end–to–end Permissions and Assessments journey across technologies. • KPI framework, including macro safety/risk indicators. • Cross–technology interdependency map identifying standardizable vs. bespoke patterns. • Client impact summary for coordinated communication, testing, and change support.
