The government authority in New York is seeking a qualified vendor to provide business solution and industrial business zone services throughout designated service areas. The selected provider will be responsible for maintaining a physical presence at both flagship and satellite locations and fostering relationships within small business communities in the borough. Business Advisors, who may be staff or subcontractors, are expected to build and maintain trusted relationships with community-based organizations and proactively drive business development.
Key responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service in multiple languages (notably Russian, Spanish, Chinese, Korean, and Haitian Creole), promptly responding to inquiries, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Staff will regularly maintain and update client service, demographic, and economic data in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, guiding both virtual and in-person services. Furthermore, the vendor must capture and document customer success stories and feedback, track and report on long-term client outcomes, and manage comprehensive needs assessments and project triage for businesses in the service area.
The contract term will be for three years, and all questions regarding the RFP must be submitted by March 27, 2026.
