A county in California is seeking a vendor to provide business process mapping services in support of its Human Capital Management (HCM) replacement project. The selected firm will support the transition from the county’s existing PeopleSoft system to a new enterprise HCM platform and serve as an independent business process documentation and process architecture consultant throughout the Oracle implementation lifecycle.
