Vendor needs to provide business operations services. Provide business services to support exhibitors, attendees, and show management. Digital Services: Document creation/editing, graphic design support, and virtual meeting setup. Photo Services (e.g., for ID). Provide adequate coverage on the day prior to the show and on the show days. Show hours are typically 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily. Multi–lingual Support – Staff or translation tools to serve international guests. Digital Presence – Website, app, or online pre–ordering and service coordination portal. Kiosk Services – Self–service kiosks for basic needs (printing, internet, and package tracking). Inventory & Asset Management – Technology for stock control, maintenance, and reporting. Digital alternatives to reduce printing waste, eco–certified supplies, recycling stations, and returnable packaging. All questions must be submitted no later than February 11, 2026.
