The City is seeking a vendor to conduct a comprehensive Business Intelligence (BI) technology assessment to support the selection and implementation of an optimal BI platform. The assessment should deliver a detailed analysis, including comprehensive findings and clearly defined evaluation criteria tailored to the City's unique use cases.

The project scope encompasses the development of a proposed 10-year BI roadmap, thorough inventory and documentation of current assets, and an integration needs analysis. The assessment must also address the City's procurement plan, outline essential platform functions, and cover aspects such as query construction, reporting, data and data visualization, document management, data modeling, data warehousing, as well as infrastructure, security, and ongoing support requirements.

Vendors are expected to provide expert guidance that enables the City to make informed decisions about BI capabilities and future investments.
