The marketing plan should also feature a recruitment brochure designed to attract new businesses, as well as a marketing and programming plan. The vendor will be expected to propose street banner designs for each of the four seasons that align with the established brand guidelines. Additionally, the marketing effort will require a market analysis, a review of the agency's historical background, and the identification of 3 to 5 unique aspects or ideas that highlight the agency's strengths and engage local groups.
