Vendor needs to provide business development programs services. Small Business Academy is a portfolio of business development programs designed to provide technical support and one–on–one mentorship to small businesses. Business development programs, this encourages proposers to submit new and exciting programmatic offerings that have a clear and defined potential to upskill small business owners looking to work in the utility and waterway industries. As on–the–ground community partners, we are looking for your collaboration with the Authority to assist in the development and growth of small businesses in our shared communities. The Consultant is encouraged to highlight but is not required to provide additional components and programmatic elements that may be beneficial to graduates of Small Business Academy. Business development services that are offered in collaboration with your organization’s overall offerings, including information on access to capital, technical business assistance, or additional mentorship opportunities. Outreach strategy and comprehensive marketing tools to enroll participants into programs and identify potential community partners, in addition to, that will be engaged to communicate the availability of the proposed program.
