The selected vendor will provide comprehensive business continuity planning services, including the supply, customization, and implementation of business continuity planning (BCP) software. The project is structured into four distinct phases to ensure seamless execution and measurable progress.
During Phase I, the focus will be on data migration, ensuring original data is accurately transferred, updated, and migrated into the proposed solution, in close collaboration with business stakeholders. Phase II involves implementing the agency’s business continuity processes within the new BCP software, emphasizing an intuitive transition for users. Phase III is dedicated to thorough user training on the new platform. Finally, Phase IV comprises the full implementation of the business continuity plan, as outlined in the organization's strategic roadmap.
