(1) Vendor needs to provide business continuity implementation support services.– Provides strategic leadership in risk–specific planning and preparedness initiatives.– Include readiness for workforce disruptions, cyber threats, and other emerging risks that could impact operations.– Consultants to support business continuity, organizational preparedness, and resilience efforts.– Engagement will help advance key initiatives aimed at strengthening the ability to anticipate, respond to, and recover from risks and disruptions. – Conduct business impact analysis interviews with business continuity stakeholders using provided templates and systems, which conform to program requirements and standards.– Strategic and operational support and advice on planning and preparedness for corporate risks and related resilience initiatives.– Develop and craft recovery procedures and steps based on stakeholder feedback for inclusion into plans.– Collect relevant supporting documentation such as procedures and contact information for inclusion into plans.– Transfer data contained in the report into relevant databases and systems, as required.– Provide recommendations on the appropriate plan structure.– Design, prepare, and facilitate scenario–based exercises involving executives, senior management, and staff to test response capabilities and identify areas for improvement.– Plan, organize, and facilitate all meetings and working sessions (both virtual and inperson), ensuring agendas are clear and logistics are managed effectively.– Input and manage relevant data within designated databases, tools, or systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance with established protocols.– Act as a strategic partner to the business continuity and resilience team, providing expert guidance on business continuity and crisis management risks, and ensuring timely completion of assigned deliverables.(2) The contract period will be for two years.
