DESCRIPTION

A government authority in Tennessee is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive bus wrapping services. The selected vendor will be responsible for all aspects including production and sourcing of installation materials, performing prepress preparation, printing, shipping, and both the installation and removal of advertising wraps and posters on buses and other support vehicles.

The scope of work includes a wide variety of ad types and formats such as full wraps, half wraps, specialty window and paratransit wraps, King and Queen ad posters, trolley advertisements, full back ads, tail-light displays, and interior cards. In total, the anticipated inventory includes: 24 full wraps, 3 half wraps, 25 King Kong ads, 10 window ads, 25 transit full wraps, 10 Kong ads, 40 paratransit window ads, 50 King ads, 5 Super King ads, 5 Queen poster ads, 24 trolley King ads, 25 full back ads, 20 tail-light displays, and 667 interior cards.

Interested vendors must submit any questions by June 15, 2026. The awarded contract will have a duration of three years.
