(1) Vendor needs to provide bus operations paperless shop work order system. – To purchase a new digital maintenance management solution for the agency Bus Operations Paperless Shop Project. – This project aims to replace manual, paper–driven processes with a mobile–friendly, digitally integrated system that supports work order management, inventory control, reporting, and system integration with agency existing platform. – Mobile handheld system must be able to recreate current paper inspection forms as interactive digital forms that update the agency system of record in real time to improve resource utilization and the manual form entry process. – Improving insight about the overall working of the maintenance program, including, but not limited to, planning, execution, tracking and continuous improvement. – Optimize selection and assignment of resources, assets, and tasks to improve overall efficiency. – Provide capability for dynamic planning and rescheduling of activities and resources to meet set targets. – Optimize processes by providing executive management, maintenance management, administrators, and maintainers with real time maintenance information. – Ability to improve parts and inventory management processes by integrating automations, predictions and analytics, identifying high fail items and, and providing integrations for bar code scanning while maintaining the agency system of record. – Ability to meet current and future legal inspection requirements for safety, auditing and reporting. (2) A virtual pre–bid meeting will be held on December 3, 2025. (3) All questions must be submitted no later than December 11, 2025.
