The organization seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive bus advertising services on its transit fleet. Responsibilities include securing advertisers for both exterior and interior bus spaces, assisting clients with the design and production of advertising materials as necessary, and handling the placement, removal, billing, collection, and payment related to all bus advertising displays. The vendor will maximize the utilization of available advertising space, which includes options such as full and partial bus wraps, streetside panels, tails, and interior bus cards.

Unused interior advertising space must also be offered to government entities. The vendor is required to display the organization's own advertising and notices in unsold spaces and locations, as well as manage the installation and removal of all advertising materials. A guaranteed minimum monthly revenue and a percentage of gross monthly sales must be provided. Residual advertising already contracted and installed on the transit fleet must be accommodated. The contract duration spans five years, and all questions regarding the RFP must be submitted by March 19, 2026.
