The system must provide compliance tools for laboratory accreditation (ISO/IEC 17025:2017, ANAB AR3125, FBI Quality Assurance Standards), document control, automated workflows, standards-based auditing, and employee testing. The vendor will perform cloud-based hosting, system monitoring, security, automated backups, maintenance, and software upgrades. The system must be FedRAMP or GovRAMP compliant and support single sign-on. The contract term is five years.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have 10+ years of proven quality document control in Forensic Science
